Biglerville 250th Parade Nonprofit Awardee

The Canner Educational Foundation was proudly selected as one of the nonprofit awardees, receiving a $1,000 check funded through the Biglerville 250th Anniversary Parade and celebration. The award was presented after the celebration from funds that were raised during the event. These funds will be used to support the Canner Foundation's Teacher Grants program, directly benefiting classrooms across the Upper Adams School District.

We are deeply grateful to the Borough of Biglerville and the entire community for this meaningful recognition. Your support for our teachers and your investment in our students' futures reflect the very best of what makes this community so special. Moments like these remind us that when a community rallies behind its schools, everyone benefits—students thrive, teachers feel valued, and our shared commitment to education grows even stronger. From Funds to
Foundation

Established in 2010 and now officially incorporated as a Pennsylvania nonprofit with 501(c)(3) status, the Canner Foundation represents the evolution of 15 years of community support for Upper Adams students. This milestone brings new funding opportunities, enhanced legal protections, and tax-deductible status for all donations.

The Canner Foundation remains a tangible way for alumni, parents, community members, teachers, businesses, and friends to support the students of the Upper Adams School District each year—now with even greater impact.
